Our 2026 Mudgee Meat Christmas range is here, and it's our biggest yet.

This year there are four packs instead of three, including a new entry-level Basics pack, plus three ham sizes. New this year, we've also added Pudding Lady's Christmas Puddings and Brandy Custard Sauce, made in Newcastle NSW, to round out the table.

Our best advice: order now and take delivery early. Your ham keeps beautifully in the fridge for weeks if stored right (tip below), so there's no need to leave it to the last minute. If you'd rather cut it closer to Christmas, you can still pick your own delivery window at checkout.

Christmas is our busiest time of year, and every year some customers leave it too late and miss out. Our best-selling packs go quickly, so get in early and lock yours in.

Keeping your ham fresh (so it's safe to order early)
Soak a clean pillowcase or ham bag in a mix of 1 litre of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, then wring out the excess. Wrap it loosely around the ham — skin still on — and store it in the coldest part of the fridge. Re-dampen the cloth every couple of days. Cared for this way, a whole or half leg ham on the bone will keep for up to three weeks, so there's no reason to leave your order to the last minute.
